Romance Travel SUrvey Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Giveaway Period
The Romance Travel Giveaway runs from February 1, 2026 through February 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is completely free.
To enter, participants must fully complete the Romance Travel Survey by answering all required questions. One entry per couple is permitted.

Participants who have traveled with Emily’s Travel will be asked to share details and a photo from their trip. Participants who have not traveled with Emily’s Travel may still enter by sharing where they would choose to travel as a couple.

3. Eligibility
Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.

4. Prize & Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries to receive a gift card. The type and value of the gift card will be determined by Emily’s Travel, Inc. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

 

The winner will be announced via video on the Emily’s Travel website and notified by email, phone call, and/or text message.

 

5. Use of Content & Consent
By submitting the survey, participants grant Emily’s Travel, Inc. permission to use submitted responses, names, and photos for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, including but not limited to blog features, website content, email marketing, and social media, without additional compensation.

 

6. General Conditions
Emily’s Travel, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.

 

7. Privacy
Information collected will be used in accordance with Emily’s Travel, Inc.’s privacy practices.
