  • What types of travel services do you offer?
    Emily's Travel specializes in a variety of travel services including vacations, cruises, group trips, honeymoons, and destination weddings. We also offer specialty travel opportunities to travel exclusively with our agency.
  • How do I book a trip with Emily's Travel?
    Booking a trip with us is simple. First, complete our travel request form and then schedule a travel consultation with your preferred agent. Then, an Emily's Travel advisor will work with you to plan your trip based on your request. We do all the necessary research to provide you with the best travel options. You choose which destination and accommodations most meet your needs. We'll create and manage your reservation, while keeping your informed from the time of booking until you travel. When it's time for you to travel, we prepare your travel documents and help you know exactly what to expect during your trip.
  • Do you offer customizable travel packages?
    Yes, we offer customizable travel packages to ensure your trip meets all your expectations. We book travel packages that possibly include airfare, hotel/resort accommodations, cruise accommodations, airport transfers, travel activities, and travel insurance. We, also, have the ability to book special occasion accommodations like group trips, celebrations, surprise arrangements, and more. Whether it's a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a group adventure, we can create travel packages to meet your preferences.
  • What destinations can you book travel to?
    We can book almost any destination worldwide. Whether you want to travel by cruise or tour, we can create a travel package for you in your dream destination. We offer multi-destination itineraries, as well, for those who want to make the most of their travel experience. Talk with your advisor about the best destination options for you!
  • Can you help with groups and destination weddings?
    Absolutely! We specialize in group trips, including destination weddings, and can assist with all the details to make your event unforgettable. From location selection to guest accommodations, Emily's Travel has you covered.
  • Do you book flights?
    Emily's Travel only books flights for travel packages that we create and manage. We do not book air tickets individually.
  • Can you book Airbnbs?
    No, sorry! We do not book Airbnbs.
  • How do I know I'm getting the best rate?
    We strive to offer the best rates and exclusive travel opportunities. Our team constantly searches for the best deals and negotiates with travel suppliers to ensure you get the most value for your money.
  • Do I need a passport to travel?
    If you are traveling out of the country, you need a government issued passport. Passports must not expire within six months of the travel return date. Passports must have at least two blank pages. For cruises that depart from and return to the same U.S. port, a passport is not required. Instead, you can use a government-issued ID and a birth certificate. However, it is recommended to have a passport available in case of emergencies.   • Do you provide travel insurance?
    We RECOMMEND the purchase of travel insurance to protect your travelers and your investment from unforeseen circumstances. Ask your travel advisor about the benefits of travel insurance and how to add coverage to your trip itinerary.
  • What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
    We understand that plans can change. Emily's Travel charges a $100 per person change/cancellation fee which must be collected prior to our agency releasing the booking. Our supplier's cancellation and change policies are, also, applicable to the booking which vary depending on the specific trip and components involved. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
